2 – 3 scoops Sambazon Açai Chocolate + Chocolate Chip Sorbet
¼ c Puffed Grain Cereal (like Amaranth or Quinoa)
Toppings: Granola, Chocolate Covered Cacao Nibs, Frozen Mixed Berries, Fresh Banana, Coconut shreds. Optional, scoop of raw cashew butter or coconut butter.
Find one perfect bowl, add a few scoops of Sambazon Sorbet and let it start to melt for a few minutes. Add about ¼ c puffed grain cereal, stir it together and then put it back in the freezer for about five to ten minutes.
Take it out of the freezer, sprinkle some delicious granola around the side, add whatever toppings are calling your name (definitely get some fresh fruit on there for a different texture sensation), and enjoy!
